Register Now for Free Hands-on Cooking and Nutrition Training for Child Care Professionals

Cooking Matters for Child Care Professionals is a course that teaches child care providers how to prepare healthy meals and create a positive food environment. Want to serve tasty, nourishing meals to children in your care? Want to learn cooking tips and nutrition advice from an expert? Want new recipe ideas that meet child care guidelines? If you said yes, come join us for a hands-on cooking and nutrition training at no cost to you! Participants will receive a workbook full of 34 child-friendly recipes and ideas for teaching children in your care about healthy eating and a certificate for 10 training credit hours (must attend both classes to receive a training certificate). There will be hands-on food preparation and tastings throughout the course, but please bring a lunch. Space is limited to 18 participants, so register early!
